Hygiene and cleanliness as first priority:

We are following CDC recommendations for our enhanced cleaning practices (all rooms are individually ventilated, cleaned and disinfected).

We offer you accommodation for your sole use with private entrances, dining areas and garden spaces.

The pool, laundry and BBQ area are shared, and timeslots must be reserved during busy periods.

Cancellation and refunds:

If you are unable to stay with us due to government restrictions or you or a family member are unwell, we will offer you:

• A holiday voucher for your deposit amount which will allow you to book with us again within an 18-month period.

• Eating and drinking:

Every-one likes a little flexibility for their holidays, and we understand that at the moment you may not want to eat out all the time, so here are some of the options available if you choose to stay in. Our focus is on providing high quality locally produced food. Please contact us before your stay if you have specific dietary requirements.

• A continental breakfast with homemade jams is provided in your own dining area.
• We can propose picnic boxes composed of local fresh produce.
• Join us on the terrace for our Table d’hôtes, served on separate tables, (2/3 evenings a week).
• Auberge de la Prieuré at Ventavon is able offer you high quality regional food, provided as a takeaway service which we will collect and place in your fridge.
• Kitchenette facilities are available for guests (fridge, micro-wave, tableware, etc).
• We have created a BBQ area with superb views over Büech valley, a great place to grill, make a salad, relax with friends.
